cotton rags, paper towels, lg. water container

 

soft synthetic or synthetic/sable blend watercolor brushes: #12, #8, and #4 rounds, 1” flat.

 

Only Fine artist-quality tube paints (small) ie., Daniel Smith or Winsor Newton: 

colors: alizarin crimson, pyrrol scarlet or cadmium red,

ultramarine blue, phthalo blue (GS),

hansa yellow light, new gamboge, yellow ochre,

burnt sienna, raw umber, burnt umber,

(carbazole or dioxine) violet, paynes' gray, black

Quinacridone burnt orange, sap green or hookers green

Optional: cerulean blue, magenta or rose

 

Arches cold- press (textured) or hot-press (smooth) watercolor paper block, 7x10” , 20-sheet block
